The most notable applications for Nickel alloys would be the overseas, oil and gas, Shipbuilding, desalination and power generation environments. Our specialty in the Nickel alloys is providing tube and pipe, round bar, sheet and plate products that service our military customers at the Department of Defense. Heat exchangers, pump and valve systems, marine and chemical equipment are some of the many areas these products are made best for.
Grades such as 400, 405, and 500 nickel alloys are provided to QQ-N-281, QQ-N-286 for bars and sheet, while our tube and pipe products are carried to MIL-T-1368 most notably. 400 is non-hardenable by heat treatment which makes it one of the most sought after alloys for intense heat environments where mechanical properties must remain consistent.
